PUBLIC SPEAKING COACH
I am a Toronto based public speaking coach, educator and actor. I have been performing on stages across Canada for over 15 years. I was the key note speaker at the Canadian Association of Paediatric Health Centres National Conference, and The Educational Procurement Innovation Conference. Additionally, I have been a guest speaker at York University and University of Toronto. For the past five years, I have worked at Olympiads School and Cambridge International Academy as a Public Speaking Teacher and Sparx Studio as an Educational Drama Instructor.
This is an Inclusive Space
I will always strive to create a safe coaching space free of judgment for any and all marginalized communities including the LGBTQIA +, BIPOC, and any persons with disabilities and learning differences.
Each person comes into coaching with their own trauma and experiences with public speaking, which can often be negative. I want to help you fall in love with speaking again and be a guide to finding your unique voice!

My Teaching Philosophy
There is no one way to be a good speaker. It has to come from your own mind set, experience, and being okay with having your opinion heard. I work from the ground up and guide you to speak as the best version of yourself.
I want to get you comfortable sharing your opinions, speaking your mind, and allowing yourself to make mistakes. Remember confident speakers have experience speaking! it doesn’t happen overnight, this is a practice and a skill like any other.
My classes will give you the space to practice, get outside of your comfort zone, and most importantly bring out who you are!
“You don’t have to change who you are, you have to become more of who you are.”
– Sally Hogshead
